Tecnam Milestone

Tecnam clocked over 73 hours last month, total time 660 hours so far.
looks like getting to get to 700 for the year by 25th May
so it's within the 12 months! WOW

Congratulations to Michael 'Slim' Nealon from Grenfell for his recent first solo and
theory exam passes, along with Mitchell Ridley from Burcher getting serious with
cross country navigation.

Temora local Stan Tiedemann is progressing well and recently got assistance with
construction on his AeroPup kit, while local museum apprentice Mitch Liebich is steadily
progressing towards achieving his licence. Visitor Warren Gerbes from Safety Bay in WA
also achieved a personal goal of first solo while staying on the airfield and will be back
in July to continue his training.

A local update

This week the Tecnam nearing 600 hours also keeping Jill very busy,
Kat earned his RA-Aus Pilot certificate on 5/4/08, so now Cat can fly JHO or 5065!
what will be good to see, Kat to try both at same time.

Also some more movement at the station , Jill and Norm have had there slab put down
ready for there new hanger , one of the first to build in the new section of the Air-park

NOTAM "Runway work at Temora "

From the 7th April to the 10th , there will be major work on the runwat at Temora Airport
If you are flying in please check the NOTAMS for closure times
Most of the work will be runway 18/36 , but will effect all airport operations
